Job Summary:

As a Commercial Cleaning Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of commercial properties across the Midlands and South East UK. From pressure washing to window cleaning, graffiti removal to gutter cleaning, you’ll ensure every property is cleaned to the highest standards. This role includes working at heights and handling specialised equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks such as pressure washing, steam cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and graffiti removal.
  • Safely work at heights and follow all safety protocols.
  • Ensure all jobs are completed to our high-quality standards and meet client expectations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional attitude in all interactions.
  • Work effectively with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a strong work ethic.
  • Show reliability, punctuality, and strong time management skills.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Full Driving Licence (with no more than 6 points).
  • 1 Year of Window Cleaning Experience (required).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A solid work ethic with a proactive attitude.
  • Physically fit, with the ability to work at heights and handle heavy equipment.
